Refunds Policy:

All electronic/digital file download sales are final. Purchase of all Hard Copy courses includes a 30-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee, unless otherwise noted. If you are not completely satisfied with our products provided, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full refund. Refunds given will be equal to the exact price of the course when purchase was made. Refund will not reflect any price changes that may have occurred since the initial purchase. Refund requests received on or after the 31st day of your purchase will not be honored. On digital products, we will replace any file that may become corrupt during a failed download. All downloads are available to customer for up to 72 hours after purchase.

Shipping Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please contact us with your refund request within 30 days of purchase. Upon contacting us we will issue you a Return Authorization number and give you the details regarding shipping the product back to us. You will be required to return the product in its original condition and in the original packages. Upon receipt of the returned product, i-Grasshopper, Inc. will initiate a refund of the original purchase price of your item, less shipping and handling charges.

Subscription Cancellations:

Cancellation of a recurring subscription, including but not limited to the Quantum Transformation Academy Membership, can be made at any time before the next billing date. You may also contact us by email within 72-hours of your next billing to guarantee timely cancellation of your account. Your 72-hour advanced notice cancellation request will be processed before your next billing and a confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Email cancellation requests received with less than 72-hours notice before next billing may or may not be processed before next billing date.

After i-Grasshopper, Inc. has confirmed your cancellation, your credit card will no longer be charged for the recurring subscription in question, unless said subscription is purchased again by a user of your account.

Note: If user does not complete the required steps to confirm cancellation, as instructed, user may not assume cancellation of his/her account is complete, and i-Grasshopper is not liable for further charges to user's credit card. Contact customer service for assistance or to verify cancellation at
