How to Order:
You may order any of our products with our secure online shopping cart website or by e-mail. We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express. All charges are in US dollars. If you're ordering from another country, the US $ equivalent on the day of your transaction will appear on your statement. If you are ordering using our secure online system, your card will be billed immediately.

Terms & Conditions:
Except for Full Hard Copy Courses with a 30-Day return policy, all electronic/digital file download sales are final. We will replace any file that may become corrupt during a failed download. We will replace any defective hard copy products orunopened DVDs within 30 days. Due to the unfortunate increase in black market video sales and increases in home video piracy there are no refunds on opened DVD videos. Shipping and Handling:
Many of our products are shipped by digital delivery. Once purchased all product downloads are available to customer for up to 72-hours. If needed you may request additional downlaod time. Physical products are shipped within 48 hours if they are in stock (you will be notified if an item is backordered and it will be shipped as soon as it arrives at our office). We ship most orders by courier (usually UPS), which allows us to insure and track your order. Most orders in North America arrive within 5 - 7 business days from date of shipping. Sorry, no orders are shipped to PO Boxes as most couriers will not ship to a PO Box address. Please email us at sales@i-grasshopper.com for any shipping questions.
