Options and Settings:

After using our Affirm-A-Vision™ applications a few times, let yourself experiment with all the options and settings to find which ones work best for you. The default settings are the ones that will work best for most people… but use your true feelings and your gut instincts as a guide. Whatever settings "feel right" to you are the ones that will work the best for you:

Music:

By default, music plays in the background while you view each image. If you are using headphones, we recommend that you keep the music on. The music track contains the subconscious signals that are designed to enrich your experience and increase the Affirm-A-Vision's™ effectiveness. If you are not using headphones and want to turn off the music, you can use this setting.

Intro:

By default, the introduction will play the first time you use the app and then turn itself off. However some AAV users like to listen to our relaxing narrative and special effect as a way to get into the meditative state to enhance their experience. You can turn the intro on again with this setting.

Words:

By default, affirmations appear as text before each image. Some people may find reading interrupts the flow of their experience. You can use this setting to turn the words off.

Narration:

By default, spoken affirmations accompany each image. Some people may prefer to read the affirmation text and repeat it to themselves while looking at the image. You can use this setting to turn the narrative voice off.
